Remember how I wrote a few days ago about how all my website problems seemed to be behind me?

Well…

I decided to look back over some of my previous posts yesterday, and I was mortified to find a couple of links to “widestass.com” at the bottom of my entries. In case you’re wondering why that’s bad, let me spell it out for you: The words “widest” and “ass” are coupled together in the web address. Care to take a wild guess about what kind of site you’ll find yourself on if you click on either of the links?

Yes, Virginia, it is porn.

I spent a good part of yesterday combing files through my ftp server to try to find something – anything – which could be causing this. I tried to edit the posts, but the link doesn’t show up in the editor. I am at my wit’s end. For who knows how long now, I’ve been peddling smut through my blog. I can’t imagine what someone who found my site for the first time must have thought when they saw those links.

I simply do not know enough about how websites work to be able to figure this problem out, and I am trying my best to avoid GoDaddy, as I’m nearly positive they will try to sell me something again. So I’m putting the question out there to everyone who reads this blog: Will you help me get rid of these filthy links?

Just drop me a line in the comments section if you can help me out. And, before anyone states the obvious, yes, I know I have been hacked. I just want to get this fixed as soon as possible. I don’t intend to infringe on anyone’s right to watch porn; I would just rather they not be able to access it through my website!
